Kimberly Banks vs Martin Trucking. Circuit Court of Cook County No. 00L6371. A settlement in the amount of $1,750,000 was entered in favor of the Plaintiff on July 15, 2003. Ms. Banks vehicle was struck by a tractor trailor and she suffered a fractured hip.

Christopher Jackson vs Chicago Transit Authority. Circuit Court of Cook County, No. 00L-1809. A verdict in the amount of $2,229, 034 was entered in favor of the Plaintiff on January 9, 2003. Plaintiff, a pedestrian was struck by a Chicago Transit Authority bus and sustained injury to his right arm.

Dwayne Jones vs Alexian Brothers Hospital. Circuit Court of Cook County, No. 98L-10152. A verdict in the amount of $1,493,790 was entered in favor of the Plaintiff on February 13, 2002. Plaintiff was the victim of medical malpractice when an improper injection caused sciatic nerve problems.

Deldre Capshaw vs Loretto Hospital. Circuit Court of Cook County, No. 90L-17429. A verdict in the amount of $421,000 was entered in favor of the Plaintiff on March 20, 1995. Plaintiff fell on an unnatural accumulation of ice and injured his left wrist.

Morris Scott vs Churchill Cabinet. Circuit Court of Cook County, No.93L-14202. A verdict in the amount of $200,000 was entered in favor of the Plaintiff on April 7, 1998. Plaintiff was struck by a truck while working and sustained injuries to his neck.

Estate of Gloria Thomas, deceased vs Troy Clements. Circuit Court of Cook County, No. 99L-4069. Case was settled before jury selection for $1,993,000. Plaintiff, a passenger in a car, was killed when struck by another vehicle.

Estate of Roberta Koudelick, deceased vs Dr. Ronald Chochola. Circuit Court of Du Page County, No. 97L-366. Case was settled before trial for $750,000. Plaintiff suffered heart arrhythmia and death due to defendants failure to monitor the level of Digoxin in her system.

Dale Finucane vs Levy Corporation. Circuit Court of Cook County, No. 91L-20385. Case settled before trial for $500,000. Plaintiff tripped on a piece of metal sticking out of the floor causing right wrist injuries.
