Bruce M. Hayman
Bruce M. Hayman has committed his entire legal career to representing seriously
injured plaintiffs against insurance companies. Bruce earned his Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Illinois
in 1972. He earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University in 1975 and was
admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois in the same year. After successfully passing the
Florida Bar Exam in 1979 he became a member of the Florida Bar. Bruce began his
legal career at Lipnick, Barsy & Joseph in Chicago where he tried numerous civil
and criminal cases in both State and Federal Court. In 1980 he formed The Law
Offices of Hayman & Kirshenbaum with the specific intention of representing
seriously injured clients against insurance companies. He has administered the
litigation department of the firm for over 25 years and supervised the
litigation of over 2000 cases. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar
Association and serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
David J. Heyer
David J. Heyer is an established trial lawyer having tried over 100 personal
injury cases over the past 16 years. He has a Degree in Finance from DePaul
University and earned his Juris Doctor from Kent College in 1989. His clients
have received numerous verdicts in a range of cases involving automobile
accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, products liability, medical
malpractice and wrongful death cases. He has been recognized as one of the most
successful young lawyers in the state of Illinois, and is currently the
President of the West Suburban Bar Association. He is a member of the Chicago

and serves on a Committee to review Judicial Candidates. David has obtained

verdict.
Sam J. Kirshenbaum
Sam J. Kirshenbaum is committed to uphold the rights of the seriously injured
and to ensure they are fairly compensated by the insurance companies. Sam
received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with honors from the University of
Illinois in 1972. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from DePaul University
in 1975 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Illinois in the same year. He started his
legal career at the Internal Revenue Service as an estate and gift tax attorney.
He then went on to work at the Illinois Department of Revenue as a supervisor in
the Appellate Division. In 1980 he formed the The Law Offices of Hayman &
Kirshenbaum firm to represent seriously injured clients. Sam has successfully
negotiated over $70,000,000 in settlements with insurance adjusters, supervisors,
and defense lawyers over the past 25 years. He is a 30 year member of the
Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
